Morphological Processes:
Process Meaning Example
Affiixation: 1)  Prefix:  tg-      ( -root:  kingal 'one' ) derive ordinal number from numeral root tgkingal 'first'
                 2)  infix:  -mn-     (-root:  patas 'read'  )  past tense marker pmnatas 'read'  (past tense)
                 3)  suffix: -un       (-root: taqi 'sleep) change a verb to noun taqian   'bedroom'
Compounding:     hakaw   'bridge'
utux       'spirit'
hakaw  utux
'rainbow'
Reduplication:  1)  full reduplication    change a noun to adjective
mug      >  megmug
'stutter'      'stuttering'
                        2) partial reduplication intensification nii    >    nenii
'here'       'all over'
